Please don’t go to this Dr or Nurse Practioner..A person by the Name of Jose Martinez called me today 12-13-25 for a Telehealth Appt..He sounded like he was going to help me..I told him of a bad reaction I had to Progabilin..I asked him not once but three times not to forget to send the prescription to Walmart pharmacy he said yes..Till this time 430pm nothing I told him I didn’t have no medication they don’t care..Please go to a Dr that cares..

The neurologist who phoned was helpful, asked questions and if/when I said I wasn't interested or didn't need what she was offering, she accepted my answers. She also offered suggestions fir now and the future.

reps do not call to schedule appointments, but rather schedule patients as reps see fit, AND the dr. doesn’t call as scheduled. Patients are asked to allow a 1 hr grace period for Dr. to call, but my “grace” period was 3hrs. My “tele urgent” appt was scheduled for 1pm, and after making several calls to get a call frm
dr- I can assume
it was him who called at 4:00p, left no voicemail. To this date- I still am not sure what this office refers for as urgent as I have not spoken to the Dr. Do not recommend.
The facility seems to accept patients experiencing financial difficulties, and seeing as I’m coming in here with my employers insurance, and receiving this type
of service- I cant imagine what others who are less tech savvy experience.
I have asked my insurer/pcp to assign me to
a different neurologist, hopefully closer in the area as going in person is only necessary if they are performing tests in their unventilated rooms.
