Dr Elaine is who I’ve been working with and she is amazing. I feel like I run into a lot of impatience when it comes to being seen by a doctor and she listens to me and makes sure I feel like I leave the appointment having everything I need to feel comfortable. I feel cared for and that’s the entire point of why anyone should work in medicine. She embodies that totally.

Would give zero stars if possible.
The initial telehealth appointment was a 10 minute phone call wherein the doctor had terrible reception and was difficult to understand. Though the initial recommendations and referrals seemed appropriate, upon follow up, there is a complete disconnect between what you were told on the phone and what has been done on record. Calling to get more information spirals quickly into some of the worst unprofessionalism of any medical office in LA.
There are two options when using the call center: pressing 1 for scheduling and 2 for “everything else”. After waiting at least 30 minutes on hold and selecting the appropriate option, you will speak to someone who has “only been trained in scheduling”. If you request to speak to someone else who could answer questions about the referrals and authorizations you have received, you will be forced to make an appointment.
At that telehealth appointment, you will be condescended by a doctor who was not your initial contact and knows nothing about your medical history. This doctor does not listen to your questions, but instead repeats the same statements over and over until they angrily tell you that the call center will have more information about insurance authorizations and that you are in fact wasting their time because they are a doctor and cannot be bothered to provide basic information to a patient.
If you have the misfortune of going to an in person appointment at one of their clinics for any kind of exam, you will be in a rundown facility with rude technicians, inadequate waiting areas, and staff who appear bored and disdainful toward patients.
Do yourself a favor and get medical help somewhere else.

Estoy bien agradecido por mostrarme tan profesional dedicación, desde mi llegada a la clínica situada en Los Angeles, East, Whittier Blvd. Los 5 neurólogos que me atendieron uno por uno mostrando que deberás saben de lo que estoy sufriendo, me contestaron todo tipo de preguntas y sus profesionales respuestas me hicieron sentir que deberás estaba tratando me y mostrando preocupación por mi estado después de el accidente que lleva bastantes consecuencias a mi conocer y sentir. The doctor takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, together we develop a plan regarding medication, therapy, and possible referrals. I feel like I've received the best care since I started going here.

If I could give a zero star, I would do it. Every appointment I have ever made.There's always an issue. I had one doctor scream at me because I was not sitting in front of the correct door in the correct chair but she was leaving anyhow.
