My name is Rhonda King , l recently went into this location and l would like to make mention and start with the front desk staff which greeted me upon my arrival with great smiles ,they were very pleasant.My initial visit with the staff which did my testing were very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable as they explained details of my testing .The doctors were (PHENOMENAL) they were very nice ,, very tentative with my needs concerning my issues , knowledgeable , friendly just made me very comfortable during my Visit . I am so Grateful to God !! for my recent visit on 3/11/2024 Thanking All of you at NEUROLOGICAL INSTITUTE location LOS ANGELES CA. !!! I RATE YOU 1,000 PERCENT !!!

This mD was very in professional & I would like to file a lawsuit. On the initial procedure the shock from the test made me jump which made dr won to jump also & he immediately cancelled my procedure with no 2nd opportunity to try a 2nd time. I’m offended & mentally confused.

I have alot of different medical issues right now and I have trouble dealing with them the staff at Dr. Eskenazi's office are professional, kind, helpful. I've only had 2 appointments so far but I think I will continue my care here

Very good. I am hoping to resolve my issues. I didn't actually get to chat with the Doctor yet but I did get to chat with his fellow helper. She was great.

This revised not for Dr. Eskenazi - it’s for Dr Benjamin Gross working in the same suite.
The waiting room has a bit of a cold feel to it - nothing fancy. The Tov videos can be loud, fast moving animated videos / so far a little bill im my opinion.
The receptionist is calm and capable.
All the other staff are polite, friendly and seem to do their job well.
The doctor/s listen well and check out all that may be necessary. They are pleasant, caring and thorough.
Parking is extremely limited in the building and very expensive especially if you have to be there for a few hours. Try to park on street with meters for 1 hour or 2 blocks away has 2 hour free parking on the street.
Would recommend the Dr and this facility
