Dr was 40 mins late for my appointment time. Dr only asks a series of questions that could have been answered on the phone. I did not see Dr gross. Their phone number routes to an offshore call center that cannot answer anything. The office was underwhelming and I requested a different neurologist from the attorney who scheduled me here.

I did not see dr. Benjamin Gross. I was seen by a lady whose name I don’t know. She reviewed my test results with me. Giving it 4 stars not 5 because she had to introduce herself to me.

Dr. Housik sincerely cares. She is very sympathetic, helpful and available.
Also, NILA’s phone answering system has greatly improved so it’s much easier to get through to people and departments at the Institute.
