Worst institute ever, last year try to make an appoinment and gave up then yesterday while i was in phisical theraphy they call, nobody told or text about this ghost appoinment when i call back they said dr. Will call you back, i ask when maybe next year perhaps this place is the worst in communication and ethics .

I never went back. Terrible experience. They lost my records after a procedure was done there in the office. The record/results could not be produced. The guy who did my test was stressed and saying he might not do my complete testing because they were running late( not my fault I was still a patient Who waited hours just to be seen) They he did ok I’ll do it then When I came back from my follow up, there was no records of the testing that he had did. My heart sunk because I was suffering from bad pain from my neuropathy and needed proper medical care so I had to start all the way over from scratch with a whole new neurologist who has been great! I will never recommend anyone here. They experience was the worst ever !

It's a mixed bag. The specialists that did my EMG testing in 2 different times were great! The people at the front desk in office have been good, the offices need some love though. Phone appointments and speaking to anyone in their call center about anything is a different story. Living hell! Never will you get any answers, forget about talking to the doctor. I am dr E's patient but have only seen him once. During the appointment after I shared what I was experiencing, he sort of threw random tests on the books without explanation and at one point laughed and said "well, maybe it's all in your head" suggesting what I was going through was made up. There is no part of me that ever wants to go and see any doctors, so I only go when I absolutely have to. It took months to hear back from anyone, people reading my test results were only reading them off a document and were not able to answer additional questions. Another time, I went in due to severe nerve pain and issues with my foot (post Covid complications) and the female doctor that saw me told me to buy better shoes. I was wearing Birkenstock sandals because it was the only shoe I was able to wear without crying in agony. Not very professional. She could not get me out of the office faster. Now when it comes to billing, they never send you the bills, I had to ask for them to be sent multiple times to avoid any penalties. You cannot pay on location. It took them months to even guess what was wrong with me (turned out small fibre neuropathy) to the point where I paid out of pocket at a different doctor for second opinion who basically diagnosed me on the spot, ordering a test to confirm. Dr E's office ended up diagnosing me with the same thing FOUR months later. I was stuck with the office as my health insurance would not cover any other specialists in my area.

Call staff had no knowledge of anything. Just read from a chart and couldn’t answer questions about test that were ordered and not scheduled. Also asked about an MRI for lower extremities and said results were normal when my son never even had or needed a lower extremities mri. I will not schedule over the phone appt again.

not receive phone appoitment on time's date by 2 hrs, i had call main office to remind receive phone call's appoitment. After that then i received phone call's appoitment. Thank you!
