No one ever called me. I can't get ahold of anyone. I received a link that I had a appointment, no one ever contacted me to schedule a appointment. And no doctor ever contacted me. What kind of practice is this?

I would leave this office less than one star if I could. I have been trying to figure out why I am having migraines since February. They haven’t let me see Dr. Eskenazi, when I have gone to the office I have seen some woman who I wasn’t informed of her name. She doesn’t seem to believe me of what I am experiencing and kept telling me migraines are common instead of trying to help me figure out why. I convince her to order me an MRI. I had my MRI test in June and I am STILL waiting for them to read me my results. Yesterday was my SECOND phone appointment scheduled to try and get my results read and THEY NEVER CALLED. Mind you I have had a migraine all week. I DO NOT recommend this neurologist. Find you a doctor and office that cares about their patients.

Mi cita por teléfono era el 12 de septiembre a la 1:00 pm. No sé comunicó nadie conmigo. Después tengo llamada perdida a las 7:20 pm. La cual no pude contestar por trabajo.
No es la primera vez que me dan una hora y no cumplen con esta. He tenido que llamar para que me programen otra hora u otro día.
Pienso que esto es falta de profesionalismo de todo el personal!

I’m a 34yr old who went in to get my results for a head and neck MRI scan after a recent fall. Dr. Eskenazi started to vehemently point out my ethnicity and that I should be thinking about having children, that my parents will want grandchildren even after me pointing out that that was a personal decision between my husband and I. It had no relation to my case or the reason I sought out medical testing. She based her advice on bias and not facts and research. Her forceful nature made me extremely uncomfortable

Jonathan Esenazi ,MD is a 5 star Doctor... Dr. Jonathan and the entire staff have been a great blessing to me. They have always been very kind, very patient, and very understanding with me.
