Or three separate occasions they canceled appointments and did not notify me until I made the trip to their office. In life, one time can be an anomaly, two occurrences can be a coincidence, but three times is an established pattern.
The first occasion, a practitioner got into a car accident and they never thought to notify me so I made the trip for nothing. Things happen. Whatever.
The second time, they screwed up the scheduling, so while I was there they rescheduled me for different appointment.
The third time, they did not honor the aforementioned replacement appointment because apparently one of their nurses administering the IVIG did not show up.
They never notified me in any of these instances, instead allowing me to show up to the office for nothing. Wasting my time.
What's egregious about this is not that people make mistakes, it is the fact that they take zero accountability. And each instance, I had the appointment card that was written by the girl at the front desk, and showed it to them when they try to make it seem like I was the one who made a mistake in scheduling.
Because this did not just affect me, it affected other patients, many of whom who are in far worse shape than I am, I reached out to my insurance company and advised them of each of the three incidents. Of course, the representative of Dr Eskenazi whom my insurance company spoke to lied and said that it was my fault and, that I was treated on each of those occasions which I was not... Even though I have the appointment cards to prove otherwise. I'm a very busy person, and I have better things to do with my time than to make a complaint about something that is not true. I benefit nothing from this. I'm making the time to do this because I don't want other patients who do not wish to speak out be affected by the same problems over and over again. Some of whom face life-and-death consequences.

I always get good feedback from Dr. Eskenazi & his co-workers that I speak to. I also feel that the staff is knowledgeable.

It has medidicated my Migraines and help curtail my vertigo. But as of lately my headaches lasting longer. They need a office closer to downtown Los Angeles for those who use public transportation , taxis, Uber or lift. The testing and the medications are just part of the solution I hope. Thanks for their efforts.

I trust Dr. Eskenazi more than any doctor i have worked with. I met him at Cedars-sinai and has been the best advocate for me and my family from the beginning. He makes sure I am taken care of as well as making sure I can be successful at home. I am so lucky to be under his care and would recommend Dr.Eskenazi to ANYONE. I am beyond grateful to have him on my team. He’s the best.

Dr. Eskenazi is amazing. I met him at Cedar Sinai and he was a true patient advocate. I have appreciated his follow up and continued care. His continued follow up with Covid over the past year has been very good on tela health and phone calls. We set plans and goals for my health which I appreciate. Thank you Dr. Eskenazi for being an exceptional doctor.

He was so understanding of my pain and not in a hurry . I couldn’t sleep because a horrible pain in my head and my neck, but after a treatment for my neck. Both pains got better. Thank Dr

Dr Eskenazi was very professional and knowledge. He took care of my idiopathic intracranial hypertension’s. After suffering with this for a long time, he is the only one that new why i was feeling sick.

Dr. Eskenazi was truly amazing during my appointment. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about his patients. During my visit he asked very specific questions to understand my history, symptoms, and the current situation. I was so impressed with his professional, thoughtful, and caring approach. I am thankful that I was referred to him.

The entire staff were awesome. I was very nervous going in at first, never seen a neurologist before but they made me feel very comfortable. Also, a high five to the front desk clerk for here professionalism.
